It is no coincidence that for many years Villa San Liberale was the destination of choice for Arnaldo Fusinato, the Vicenza-born poet and patriot who stayed here for a long time.
During their summer residences, Fusinato would welcome notable guests such as Giosuè Carducci.
Erminia Fuà also stayed here, a poet who was responsible for the posthumous publication of the works of Ippolite Nievo, whose manuscripts and personal effects she stored in the rooms of the Villa.
